Merchandise gift card details:
- Redemption: Our merchandise gift cards can be used for any merchandise purchase in our online gift shop or at our onsite gift shop during our events by ticketed event attendees. These gift cards cannot be used for event ticket purchases.
- Balance inquiries: You can quickly check your card balance or add additional funds by scanning the QR code on the back of the card.
- No refunds or returns: Merchandise gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
- Lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards: Crystal Lake Adventures is not responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards, or if gift card is used without permission.
- Deactivation or suspension: Crystal Lake Adventures reserves the right, without notice, to void a gift card without refund, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a gift card was obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these gift card terms.
- Expiration: Except as otherwise provided in these gift card terms, our gift cards do not expire.
- Fees: There are no fees for inactivity.
- Resale: Our merchandise gift cards may be transferred as a gift, but the resale of our merchandise gift cards is prohibited.
- Fraud protection: Protect yourself from scams. Treat the value of this card as cash and do not share your card number with someone you do not know.
