- Redemption: Our merchandise egift cards can be used for any merchandise purchase in our online gift shop or at our onsite gift shop during our events by ticketed event attendees. These gift cards cannot be used for event ticket purchases.
- Balance inquiries: You can quickly check your card balance or add additional funds by clicking here.
- No refunds or returns: Merchandise egift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
- Lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards: Crystal Lake Adventures is not responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed egift cards, or if egift card is used without permission.
- Deactivation or suspension: Crystal Lake Adventures reserves the right, without notice, to void an egift card without refund, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that the egift card was obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these egift card terms.
- Expiration: Except as otherwise provided in these egift card terms, our egift cards do not expire.
- Fees: There are no fees for inactivity.
- Resale: Our merchandise egift cards may be transferred as a gift, but the resale of our merchandise egift cards is prohibited.
- Fraud protection: Protect yourself from scams. Treat the value of this card as cash and do not share your card number with someone you do not know.
